Booking conditions
Cancellation
Plans can change: cancellation is free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival. After that, or if the guest does not arrive, the first night is charged; the remaining nights are not due. To cancel, simply enter the booking code and email address on the booking page.
Payment
No payment is taken online: the bill is settled at the hotel. Prices are per room per night for two adults and include VAT; additional adults and added services appear in the summary before the booking is confirmed.
Arrival and departure
Rooms are ready from 15:00 and are vacated by 12:00. An earlier arrival or a later departure is possible on request, subject to availability, and the concierge will keep luggage safe in the meantime.
