The lift stops at the top floor, and floor-to-ceiling windows show the city at blue hour: domes, red rooftops and, on föhn days, the Alps in the distance. The living room is one open space, with a cream modular sofa, a marble fireplace, contemporary art, brass details and polished herringbone parquet.
The master bedroom opens through sliding glass doors onto the private terrace, with its heated pool lit from below, teak loungers, lanterns, a glass balustrade and the skyline with the domes of the Frauenkirche. The bathroom has a freestanding stone bath before a full-height window, dark marble walls, a walk-in shower and candles.
